Monies will be deposited upon acceptance. The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless individuals associated with the Avery's Journey, Tumbleweed Texas, its agents, representatives, and successors from any damage to undersigned’s property or any personal injury that he/she or helpers may sustain while participating in “Avery's Journey - BBQ Benefit.” I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather.
